How We Verify
Each item is personally sourced and inspected before it is listed. We examine hardware, stitching, labels, date codes, and materials against known authentic references. If we have any doubt about a piece, we do not list it.
What Is Covered
Our guarantee applies to all designer merchandise sold on Fashion Archiv. Unlabelled and vintage pieces are described as exactly that, and we never attribute an item to a designer we cannot verify.
If You Have a Concern
If you believe an item you received is not authentic, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review every claim promptly, and any item confirmed as inauthentic is eligible for a full refund.
Final Sale, With Honest Exceptions
Because every piece is one of a kind, sales are final. The exceptions are items that are inauthentic, significantly not as described, the wrong item, or damaged in transit. Wear that is disclosed and photographed in the listing is not grounds for a return.
