At Fashion Archiv, all sales are final. As a curated resale boutique, each piece is one-of-a-kind — carefully sourced, authenticated, and described in detail so you can shop with confidence.

We encourage you to review all photos, measurements, and condition notes before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific item, reach out before you buy — we're happy to provide additional details.

All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or fit.

Exceptions — We Will Make It Right If:

• The item you received is significantly not as described (e.g., undisclosed damage, wrong item shipped)
• The item is not authentic (covered under our Archive Standard guarantee)
• The item arrives damaged in transit

In any of these cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery at maya@fashionarchiv.info with your order number and photos. We will review and resolve with a full refund or store credit at our discretion.

Condition Transparency Every item is graded and described honestly. Vintage and pre-owned pieces may show signs of age consistent with their history — these are noted in each listing and are not grounds for return.
